We believe that to have value, training must be tailored to specific company objectives be inclusive and interactive and have practical application to the benefit of employers and employees.

  • Identifying individual learning needs
  • Ensuring delivery methods are differentiated accordingly

Sustainability: On successful completion of the CIWEM Practical Environmental Management Plus programme we have put in place Environmental Management systems and are working to reduce our impact on our environment by incorporating practical day-to-day measures to reduce our emissions, waste and use of resources.

We believe 'sustainability' must be incorporated into all areas of our work rather than being an 'add on' and see this as being achievable by:

  • Ensuring our training is relevant, stays with an individual and can be built upon .
  • Delivering our training in a manner respectful of the environment e.g. choice of venue, location and use of materials. 
  • Integrating sustainable principles into our training to raise awareness of individual actions and their environmental impacts e.g. the means of sourcing suppliers or dealing with waste. 

Quality: Our accredited programmes ensure we meet external quality assurance requirements (ILM, NCFE)and we model our internal quality assurance on these to ensure the highest standards of training and assessment.
